Founded by two friends, Nick and Jaymes, our company brings a unique blend of expertise, passion, and dedication to every project we undertake. With 15 years of combined experience in the plumbing industry, we have earned a reputation for delivering top-notch solutions and unparalleled customer satisfaction.

NICK BURRAGE
OWNER
As a Petaluma native, I’ve built strong roots in this community, including a 20+ year friendship with Jaymes. I’m deeply committed to my family and friends, and these values extend to my work as a journeyman plumber.
For over a decade, I’ve thrived on the problem-solving and mechanical aspects of plumbing. Finding cost-effective and efficient solutions is incredibly rewarding. I honed my skills working for larger plumbing companies, which prepared me to successfully launch my own business.
Owning a business has been a fulfilling experience, allowing me to give back to the community I cherish. When I’m not working, I enjoy camping, dirt biking with friends, and relaxing with my two dogs, Dez and Dyna.
JAYMES POTTS
OWNER
I was born and raised in Petaluma, California, just off Bodega Highway. I graduated from Petaluma High School, where I played baseball and basketball all four years, and continued my baseball career at College of Marin.
After college, I went straight into the trades and worked my way up to becoming a journeyman HVAC/ Plumbing installer. With years of hands-on experience under my belt, my best friend and I decided to start our own business—North End Plumbing, Heating & Air. We built our company on the belief that hard work, honesty, and serving the local community always come first.
What drives me most is knowing I can make a real difference in people’s lives through the work we do. Outside of the job, my biggest motivation is my wife Shelby, and our two dogs. They keep me grounded and remind me every day why I give my all to everything I do.

I was born and raised in Sonoma County. I have been working for North End Plumbing for over a year. I love being able to help out members in the community invest in themselves as well as their home when it comes to Plumbing. Some of my favorite hobbies include cooking, hiking at the beach/ being in nature, and spending time with close loved ones.
